Ok, here's a little bit about the exciting world of mediation.

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential and informal process whereby a neutral third party, the mediator, assists in discussions between disputing parties. The process is meant to help them resolve the issue(s) in dispute. Mediation is meant to be a collaborative effort that empowers and increases the effectiveness of the disputants. Mediation meets the true interests of all parites. The most exciting outcome of mediation is it creates a win/win outcome, imagine, with mediation you can resolve an issue without going to court, we all know going to court could result in a win/lose situation!
